Account and Data Deletion

EstimateIn10 accounts use email magic-link sign-in. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
- Email care@innovatebytes.io from the email address used with EstimateIn10.
- Use the subject line "EstimateIn10 account deletion request".
- Include the email address tied to the account and any details that help us identify the records you want deleted.
Data We Delete
When deletion is complete, we delete or anonymize your EstimateIn10 account record, synced estimate history, contractor profile details, job and client details you entered, attached estimate photos stored by the service, and support records that are no longer needed.
Data We May Keep
We may keep limited records when needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before normal rotation removes them.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request. If we need more information to verify ownership of the account, we will reply to the requesting email address.
Delete Some Data Without Deleting the Account
You can also request deletion of specific estimate, client, photo, or support data without deleting your full account by emailing care@innovatebytes.io.
