EstimateIn10 collects the information you provide to use the estimating workflow, including your email address, contractor profile, job descriptions, client contact details you choose to enter, estimate content, photos you attach for estimate generation, and client responses to shared estimates.

How We Use Information

We use this information to generate estimates, save and sync your work, send sign-in links, deliver estimate-related notifications, operate support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and understand which outreach or product flows are working.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, analytics, email delivery, payments for web plans, and AI estimate generation. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Payments

Paid web subscriptions are handled by Stripe Checkout on the web. EstimateIn10 does not store full payment card numbers. The iPhone and Android apps do not sell subscriptions or digital purchases inside the app.

Data Retention

We keep account, estimate, and support information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve product reliability. You can request account and data deletion at estimatein10.com/account-deletion/.

Your Choices

You can choose what job, client, and business details to enter. You can decline non-essential tracking cookies on the website. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing care@innovatebytes.io.
