Use of the Service

EstimateIn10 helps contractors create estimate drafts from job details they provide. You are responsible for reviewing every estimate, price, scope item, assumption, term, and client-facing message before sending it.

No Professional Advice

EstimateIn10 is not a substitute for your professional judgment, licensing obligations, code requirements, permit requirements, or legal advice. You remain responsible for compliance with laws and trade requirements that apply to your work.

Accounts and Access

You may use the service with optional email sign-in. Keep your email account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the client or job information you enter.

Pricing and Purchases

The iPhone app is free to access and does not sell subscriptions inside the app. Paid web subscriptions, when available, are purchased on the EstimateIn10 website through Stripe Checkout and are subject to the pricing shown at purchase.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass quota limits, upload unlawful content, interfere with service operation, or use generated content without reviewing it for accuracy and suitability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstimateIn10 and InnovateBytes LLC are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, incorrect estimates, project disputes, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
